Our 30 QT turkey fryer kit can hold a turkey up to 20 pounds while maintaining optimal frying temperature with very little propane, due to our patented Tunnel Tube Technology.
How long does it take to cook a turkey in a propane fryer?
The general rule is to cook the turkey for 3-4 minutes per pound. After reaching the temperature in approximately 10 minutes and inserting your turkey, lower the PSI on your regulator to less than 1 PSI.
