High Performance Cookers Limited Warranty

FULL TWO YEAR WARRANTY

For two years from the date of purchase, this High Performance Cookers(“HPC”) product warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace, under normal residential use, any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. All service provided by HPC under the above warranty must be performed by HPC, unless otherwise specified by High Performance Cookers, LLC. Service will be provided during normal business hours.  If you return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid by you. HPC will return replacement parts to the original retail purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.  

NOTE:  All powered cookers, burners, and commercial burner products are built for outdoor use only. 

LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY  

FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY (120 Quarts or smaller)

For five years from the date of original installation, HPC will repair or replace the following parts that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship: Pot bottom Tunnel Tubes, powered cooker stands and all welds on the entire pot. HPC manufacturing, will provide the service to repair or replace these parts with the owner paying for all other costs, including labor and shipping back to manufacturing and back to customer.  

TERMS APPLICABLE TO EACH WARRANTY

The warranty applies only to products installed for normal residential use. The warranty applies only to products installed in any one of the fifty states of the United States, the District of Columbia or the ten provinces of Canada. This warranty does not cover any parts or labor to correct any defect caused by negligence, accident or improper use, maintenance, installation, service or repair.

In addition, the Warranty does not cover damage to the finish, such as scratches, surface chips and cracks, discoloration, rust or other weather damage, after purchase.
 
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR EACH WARRANTY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT HPC, LLC. WILL PROVIDE, EITHER UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW. HPC, LLC. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
 

Limited Support Notice

Our jet burners are designed as burners for outdoor boiling. Due to the wide variance in municipal codes, HPC cannot provide installation instructions or recommendations on how to integrate it into your system. These burners carry no certifications (such as UL listing). In certain cases these can be used for other applications however HPC is not able to guarantee that. It is HPC recommendation to have all burner related components installed and serviced by gas installation professionals.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
