Typical Shipping RATES:

Example correct shipping rate for a 120qt Powered Cooker($675 avg sale) shipping rates typically range from $45 to $85, depending on ship to location distance from Louisiana.  Average is typical about 10% of order total.

Should your online shipping calculation end up being more than 15% of your order total, please contact us, as there is probably an issue in the computer calculation. 

When ordering several different items on a single order the shipping calculator may bloat the shipping actual cost.  If concerned that the rate is incorrect, please contact us at support@hpcookers.com so we can validate the actual shipping fee.  Again, typical shipping cost should be no more than 10-15% of order total.

NOTE:  We do validate that we do not overcharge customers for actual shipping fees, if a customer were to pay say $150 in shipping charge, and it only cost us $50 for shipping, we absolutely will refund our customers the $100 without customer even contacting us

Typical Order to Ship process & TIME Expectations:
Once your order is placed, your order will be put in line for production.  Once your order is completed, we will process it for shipping.  In the case of customer placing the order for local pickup, we will notify you via email when it is ready for pickup.

Since most orders are custom, we build to order, therefore, our typical time to ship is 2-5 business days, depending on current demand.  During our busy season March thru May, we will usually ship out in 4-10 business days.  For the rest of the year, we ship out in 1-3 business days.  Standard shipping is FedEx Ground.  Please contact us if interested in expedited shipping for additional fees.  

When you place an order, the system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional & weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING - NO REFUND - NOTICE

No Refunds, No Guarantees, No Money Back.  Should a customer purchase expedited shipping, HPC ships immediately, however, should the shipping company not make the promised/estimated shipping time line due to other circumstances, HPC will not be liable for those shipping fees that the customer pays.  This is due to the fact that after we ship the product we are no longer able to maintain control of the shipment.  Therefore, we always recommend the customer choses standard shipping, which typically takes 2-3 days to receive for the majority of the United States.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

After your order has completed processing, built, packed for shipping and is ready to be shipped, your tracking number will be sent via email.
