Add-On an All-Aluminum Gantry Lift for Your Commercial Crawfish Cooking

All of our high-volume commercial crawfish cookers are built with square lift-out baskets. Due to the weight of the product with these large-volume cookers, the baskets need to be hoisted out using a lifting system. Therefore, we now offer our customers the ability to purchase the gantry hoist system directly from HP Cookers!

This complete system includes the I-beam structure, lift motor, heavy-duty trolley, and retractable electric wire spool.  Prices shown are based on 16' length systems.  Please call to customize the size and equipment that your system requires.

HPC products come with a Full Two-Year Warranty covering all parts and labor for defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. Additionally, residential cookers 120 quarts or smaller include a Limited Five-Year Warranty on select structural components — including pot bottom tunnel tubes, powered cooker stands, and all welds on the entire pot.

Coverage does not include damage resulting from negligence, accidents, improper use, or cosmetic wear such as scratches, discoloration, or rust. Shipping Policy

HPC builds most orders custom, so typical ship times are 2–5 business days (or 4–10 business days during the busy season, March–May). Shipping costs generally run 10–15% of your order total — if your calculated rate exceeds that, contact us at support@hpcookers.com, as there may be a calculation error. Return Policy

HPC accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at support@hpcookers.com — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
