Our trailers are typically built with a high powered crawfish cleaner and TWO of our (100-140 gallon) commercial cookers, that can hold 8-12 sacks of crawfish in each. With our tunnel tube bottoms, and the crawfish cleaner, this setup is able to clean and boil approximately 400-800 pounds of crawfish per boil. This enables our rig to produce approximately 800-1,600 pounds per hour.
