Why did HP Cookers design a BBQ Pit?

Most bbq pits on the market today are made in China, out of thin metal and rust out in less than two years. Heavy gaged metal BBQ pits last longer, but still become large rust buckets, an are extremely heavy and hard to move around and clean. Typical BBQ pits are light weight and hold up well to the elements but not to the heat generated by using the pit and quickly end up becoming a night mare trying to keep flame ups from happening.

Our pits are built out of 3/16" marine grade aluminum, and with our ETC technology they will nearly last indefinitely! Easy to clean fire box Since the grease that falls to the bottom of the grill never gets over 200F it never gets baked on, and is easy to clean.  Just spray in some detergent based cleaner and hose it out.  No worries about rust since its all aluminum.  The drain port on the bottom of the grill is 1.5" and can be plumbed directly to a grease trap.

Ultimate Sear 125,000 BTUs produces out standing infrared heat, great for searing steaks.  Since our burners don't rust out, they always burn clean and blue for many years.

HP Cookers has solved this problem by incorporating its patent pending technology to solve the over heating problem. Our technology is a form of passive cooling that works the same way the aluminum fins work on a motorcycle engine keeping it cool. Our BBQ pits are designed to make sure the bottom of the pit never exceeds 200 degrees, also while keeping the temperature of the pit in the needed cooking temperature range.  This pit can keep as low temperature as needed and can hold up to 1200 degrees when needing to sear. While at the same time with our all aluminum burners attached to the bottom of our technology cooled bottom, our burners will never rust out and need to be replaced.  This makes our pits last a lifetime, and prevent flame ups from ever happening since the bottom of the pit never gets hot enough for food drippings to stick to and build up.
