Shipping Policy

HPC builds most orders custom, so typical ship times are 2–5 business days (or 4–10 business days during the busy season, March–May). Return Policy

HPC accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at support@hpcookers.com — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
