All of our high-volume commercial crawfish cookers are built with square lift-out baskets. Due to the weight of the product with these large-volume cookers, the baskets need to be hoisted out using a lifting system. Therefore, we now offer our customers the ability to purchase the gantry hoist system directly from HP Cookers!
This complete system includes the I-beam structure, lift motor, heavy-duty trolley, and retractable electric wire spool. Prices shown are based on 16' length systems. Please call to customize the size and equipment that your system requires.
