Our commercial basket steamer shelves enable you to insert one or more shelves into our 40 or 60 gallon flip pot baskets thereby turning your cooker into a commercial food steamer!
The bottom commercial steamer shelf is installed with 4 bolts and nuts thru predrilled holes in your basket. NOTE: Cookers purchased before October 2022 requires customer to drill out holes in the basket to install it.
The upper top shelf can be used as a second shelf for steaming. This shelf is set into top of cooker and rest on the top edges of the basket, utilizing the lid to hold shelf in place to keep product held down. This shelf is great to hold down soaking products that float like for boiling & soaking peanuts.
Bottom Shelf (Bolted In): Is set to sit approximately 6 inches from the bottom of the basket. Measurements: 40GAL - 18" x 17" x 2", 60 GAL - 28" x 17" x 2"
Upper Top Shelf (Drop In): Is set to sit approximately 6 inches from the top of the basket. Measurements: 40GAL - 18" x 23" x 6", 60 GAL - 28" x 23" x 6"
