How long does it take to fry a turkey in a propane fryer?
Typically, turkeys take 3-4 minutes per pound to fry. After reaching the temperature and inserting your turkey, lower the PSI on your regulator to less than 1 PSI. The turkey cooker will hold the temperature perfectly for the entire time needed for cooking.
