White Bean Creole Chili
Are you craving something hearty and healthy? This creole chili is the very first dish that comes to mind. There's nothing better than a hot bowl of chili with just the right amount of kick from Geaux Creole spice blends and the jalapeños. It's stick-to-your-ribs delicious and will make you forget about any average bowl of soup.
I remember last year around this time. It got cold that weekend! Of course, my wife and kids wanted to stay indoors, watch movies, and eat. Being the cook in the family I had to entertain a slew of requests for our favorite Geaux Creole recipes including their famous Bad Ass Baby Backs, Pastalaya, or Red Beans & Rice. Without a second thought, I was pulling out the stock pot to start on the White Bean & Turkey Creole Chili. There were no objections and no leftovers from the weekend!
White Bean & Turkey Creole Chili

Mmmm . . . that's all that comes to mind when describing this white bean chili recipe. Our team developed this recipe to be simple and flavorful with a slight kick to warm the soul.
It is completely acceptable to use ground beef, shredded pork or chicken based on your preference.
3 lbs ground turkey meat
(1 each) bell pepper, orange pepper, yellow pepper and red pepper all chopped well
1 large onion
3/4 cup green onion
Geaux Creole Dust (start with ¼ cup; add more to taste)
1 tbsp Geaux Creole Seasoning
10 garlic cloves chopped
jalapenos chopped (I use about 10 sliced ones from a jar)
2 cans white beans
1 tbsp parsley
Brown the turkey meat in a large Stock Pot.
Sauté garlic and all vegetables.
Add the white beans.
Add the Geaux Creole Dust.
Add the Geaux Creole Seasoning.
Bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
Top your bowl of chili with chopped green onions, shredded cheddar, and a dollop of sour cream for extra flavor and creaminess. DAMN THAT'S GOOD!!!
