18 QT Powered Fryer
Patented Tunnel Tubes and the burner, welded to a 4mm aluminum pot on its own stand. You pick the drain valve and basket.
Fry standing up. An 18 QT powered fryer on 30-inch legs, plus the thermometer and skimmer you'd forget. One kit, one price, ready for the parking lot.
On its own stand, the 18 QT sits low, which is fine on a patio but means frying bent over in a parking lot. The leg extensions bring the pot up to about 41 inches, so you fry standing up with the oil right in front of you.
Everything you need to fry, in one order. The legs and the thermometer are made for this exact fryer.

Patented Tunnel Tubes and the burner, welded to a 4mm aluminum pot on its own stand. You pick the drain valve and basket.

Bolt onto the fryer's feet. The pot ends up about 41 inches tall.

Stainless, reads 50 to 400°F, and the right size for the 18 QT.

Heavy-duty chrome wire mesh for pulling fish, fries and hushpuppies.

Braided hose and a regulator with a gauge. They come with the fryer. You bring the tank.
The burner sits under the center. Hand-welded Tunnel Tubes run from there across the whole bottom of the pot, so the pot takes in more of the heat and gets your oil hot faster.
The burner is welded right under the middle of the pot.
Tunnel Tubes carry the flame's energy out across the whole base.
The pot takes in more of the heat, so your oil hits 350° in as little as 5 minutes.
The bars illustrate the up-to figure, not a measured result. Heat-up time and fuel use vary with wind, air temperature, how much oil you use and your burner setting.
Game day now. Lent fish fry later. The driveway in between.

It earns its spot in the truck for football, then keeps working the rest of the year.
Wings and fish in the lot before kickoff.
Catfish and hushpuppies every Friday from Ash Wednesday to Easter.
Fries, onion rings and whatever the kids ask for.
Fry the catch the same afternoon you caught it.

This fryer is fitted, welded and finished at our shop in Covington, Louisiana. The Tunnel Tubes go on by hand. When you call, you get the same small krewe that builds it.

I got it out of the box and put it together within 10 minutes. I cooked some steak fingers, fries and okra in it and everything turned out perfect.
Higher quality than I expected. Best wings and fish I ever had. Think I might order 2 more for the kids.
Great product, it worked like advertised.
Every version is the full kit. You only choose the drain valve and the basket.

The saving is built into the kit price, so most discount codes won't apply to it. Military and first-responder discounts still do.
